Would you consider writing one?
Whether you live with depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain and/or illness...a self-help check list is a healthy and healing thing to have.
Give it some thought okay? What soothes you? What makes you smile? What makes you love and enjoy living your life? Those things can become a part of your check list! yes they can!
And you now what else? ANYTHING!! that soothes and calms you, that makes you laugh, that makes you feel good... anything!! that is good for your healing? (without leaving scars behind) well...that goes on the list first!
We often say there's nothing we can do...well...I'd argue that. There are things we can do for ourselves...but we have to make the choice, we have to make the time, and we have to do the work.
