Talking about anxiety isn't always easy. There are lots of "pre-conceived" notions, thoughts and beliefs and the stigma surrounding anxiety keeps many of us quiet.
How we each experience an anxiety attack can be quite different...but...if we can learn more about it...maybe we can start changing some things.
If you live with anxiety... please talk about it. Share what triggers you and what calms you too. Let the people in your life know what you need when you're feeling your anxiety rise. Ask for the help you need and the help you deserve.
When we can begin talking to each other....we can learn to leave the judgments behind...and we can move forward.
