Our days can be busy and sometimes it takes a big physical toll on us and we can end up running on empty. When this happens to you...do you keep going or do you take the time your refill your tank?
I think we can run on empty in more ways than just the physical too. Our mental and emotional tanks can also run empty. Have you noticed that in your life? If you do...what do you do for you?
So I'll ask again...when you're feeling like you're running on empty...what do you do for you? Take the time and give it some thought okay. What do you do when you're feeling physically empty?
