Take the time to write down what you have always wanted to do. Whether it's learning a hobby, learning to cook a particular dish, or even a new language, write down whatever comes to mind. While you're thinking of all the reasons why you can't do this right now, give some thought to all the reasons why you could do it right now. The main reason, I would hope, is you. Do it for yourself. Do it because you don't think you can. One of the greatest things in life, is knowing we did something no one thought we could do. Even if that someone is ourselves.
Plan ahead for what you think will go wrong. Be prepared...but don't give up on your dreams and goals. They are an important part in gaining back your life. Go for it! and don't let yourself stand in your way!
