I have to go to work today.
I have to pick up groceries and then get the kids...make dinner...clean the house...help with homework...get the kids bathed... settled and in to bed.

What do you tell yourself you have to do?
I have to get some rest.
I have to take care of my body's needs.
I have to ask for help when I need it and accept it when it's offered.
We all have the same time in the day...but what do you tell yourself? What do you have to do? Finding a healthy balance between our needs and the needs of those we share our lives with isn't always easy but ignoring your needs isn't healthy and it isn't healing. You need the rest...your needs are important...and asking for help is okay! and so is accepting too eh?
So curious me wants to know...what do you "have to do" today?
