When you say "I'm tired"...what do you mean? Are you referring to your body's need for sleep? Are you referring to feeling dragged under by life or maybe you're exhausted and burnt out? What do you mean when you say..."I'm tired".

I don't know about you...but now that my life is a pained one...the words "I'm tired" have taken on a whole new meaning. In my world..."I'm tired" isn't always about my body's need for rest.

When I say "I'm tired"...I'm also saying I need a break...my thoughts hurt...I need help...please let me know it's okay...two little words and their meaning changes when pain is involved. Is this true for you?

Sometimes the "I'm tired" is said when we don't really know how to put our feelings into words and it can be used at times too when we know that no matter what we say...the person just won't understand...so we simply say..."I'm tired".

When you're saying "I'm tired"...what are you really wanting to communicate? What does "I'm tired" mean for you and your life? What do you do for you when you're feeling this way? Do you know why you feel this way? Give the questions some thought and if you're feeling "tired" now...take the time to soothe and focus on your needs.

take good care of you okay?
