You’re allowed to cry.
But do not give up!
There will be times when you want to scream and may even just need to. Release it. Let it go.
Same for the tears. Have a good cry when you need. Cry for all the hurt and pain you have felt and feel now. Let it out.
BUT...don't you dare give up!! Pick yourself up and dust yourself off and try again tomorrow. You are stronger than you think, better than you believe and worth more than you know.
