SO...it's the first weekend of the Fall season...what are you doing for you? What are your plans this weekend? Have your needs made the list? What will you do for you this weekend? Give it some thought okay? What do you need? Do you need time to rest and relax? Do you need to get out of the house for awhile? What do you need? Answer that question and please...do at least one thing this weekend to answer and care for your needs.
And don't forget when you do this...it does not make you selfish...it does not make you lazy...it means you love yourself enough to do what you need to allow yourself to heal...to feel good...you need this. Take the time you need for you this weekend and take good care of you okay?
If you have plans...give thought to what you can do for you to help you prepare before, during and afterwards when you're home. How can you prepare for your pain so you can manage it better? What can you bring with you while you're out? What can you do when you're home again and hurting for all you've done? What can and what will you do for you?
The more we can learn to prepare, manage and soothe our pain...the more we can live beyond it as we're able. Life won't stop because we hurt...so we have to figure out what we need so we can live it and be active too.
