How did your week go? Did you have a good one? Did you need your coping skills to see you thru it? It's okay if you did! It's a healing thing when we take the time to do what we need for us when we're feeling our pain...good for you!
If you're saying no...well I hope you'll take some time this weekend and do what you need for you. Sometimes our days get so busy and time does go by fast...and we can get lost in our day to day...BUT!...your needs are important too and you need time for you.
It's Friday and I must dance...that squirrel makes me laugh...but seriously? if you must dance...then dance...live beyond your pain and go do something that makes you smile and feel good to be you and when you're done? well...then take some time and let yourself heal for all you did. Our pain may now be a part of our lives but you know what? we still have a life to live...I hope you live it for you and when you do...take the time to heal and do what you need to soothe you.
It truly is a balance and not one easily found but you can find it...when you learn to take care of your needs and you live for you instead of your pain...when you live for what makes you smile instead of what makes you ache. Live for you instead.
