I am! And I'm starting it early by enjoying some music and dancing around the house. It's been a long week for me and one I'm looking forward to putting behind me...and music therapy does wonders.
What are your plans this weekend? Do you have any? If you don't..may I make a suggestion? Go do at least one thing that makes you feel good...something that helps to soothe your pain...something that makes you smile.
When life hurts it's up to us to do what we need to help us through it and taking good care of our personal needs is a step in the right direction. So...give it some thought okay and go do something just for you.
Taking the time for your needs does not mean you're selfish and it does not mean you're lazy...or even that you're being mean if you say "no" to someone...it just means you love yourself enough to do what you need for you.
So...love yourself enough will ya please and go take good care of you.
