What soothes and calms you? What makes you smile? What helps you to live beyond your pain? What makes you feel good? What makes you feel alive? What makes you laugh?
I ask a lot of questions I know, but I do it to get you thinking...thinking about you...about your needs...and even how you can take care of them. What can you do for you? Give it some thought okay?
