Like all other Fridays this one is no different. If anything, this weekend may be the one where you need you the most.
Spending time with family can tax many of us and our pain and emotions can get in the way. Is this true for you too? If it is...what can you do for you when family time gets to be too much? What coping skills can you turn to to help you through it? Give this some thought and while you spend time with your family this weekend, don't forget to use your coping skills. Bring along some portable options you can turn to and know too that a walk outside to stretch your legs and to get some fresh air is always an option as well.
Once the family time is over, take the time to unwind and soothe yourself...rest, relax and take a break.
