Give the questions some thought and find some time for you.
We can't change that we're hurting...but we can change what we do to help ourselves through it. If today is a needed day to rest...keep in mind that when you take a day or even days to rest...you're not lazy! nor are you selfish! But you are allowing yourself to heal and that's a needed thing! take the time if you need it and don't beat yourself up for it either!
