I know I ask a lot of questions and some may not like that, but it's meant only to get you thinking about how you are living your life now....and how you would like to live your life moving forward.
You can't change your pain...you may be able to decrease it...but you can't avoid it. What you can do is do the best you can each and every day. Learn what soothes you, what helps you cope and practice those things when your pain threatens to over take you. Have hobbies you can get lost in and focus your thoughts on something other than your pain.
Have you ever noticed those moments when you're so focused on something else, you were able to "forget" your pain even if only for a little while? Those are the things I'm talking about now. Those are the things you need to do more often and when you're feeling your pain....it's the feel good things in your life.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend....if your "weekend" is a Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday... whenever your "weekend" is...please...make the time for you to make yourself smile, to feel good, and to take care of your needs.
