The challenge is not to get on the newest fitness DVD but to move more than you did the day before....to challenge your limitations...so....have you?
If you need some ideas visit the second challenge again or get active doing something that makes you feel good. Get out and explore your neighborhood, sit on a park bench and people watch, or even put on some music and just let it move you.
Whatever you choose to do...even if today is a day to go slow...live in your abilities...not your limitations...and get active with your life.
