It's okay if you didn't. It can be hard sometimes...especially if you're caught up in it all. BUT!! and it's a big one...those thoughts do need to change if you're to move forward. Now I won't say you will just stop thinking negative...but I hope that with today's challenge...you can add a few things to what you say to you.
I realize that we can be our own worst enemies at times, but one thing I've learned is that we can also be our own best friends...so for that reason...here's my challenge to you today...
For every one negative thought you think and/or hold about yourself...or even tell yourself today...I challenge you to tell yourself 5 things that you like and love about yourself.
You are more than you give yourself credit for some days, stronger than you believe yourself to be and worth more than you know. BELIEVE THAT! and explore who you really are...not just the parts you want to hide.
