When was the last time you focused your time and energy just on your needs? Are you saying to yourself you don't have the time to make time for you? I would argue that you need to make the time for you. Recharge yourself. Soothe your body and your mind. Make the time for you. Even if it's little blocks of 5 minutes in your day, do something caring for yourself.
Modelling good self-care for your children, will show them how to care for their needs too. They are watching, and they are learning from you. Teach them to care and love their self, as you learn to care and love yourself.
