I'd like to challenge you...for the remainder of the summer...each day...do something for yourself that makes you smile and feel good. Even if it's something simple as a favourite treat at a bakery, listening to your favourite song, having lunch in the park with a friend, feeding the squirrels and ducks, or an afternoon movie...do something each and every day that will make you smile. Take the time to look for the positives in your life. Find things that lift your spirits and explore them.
Make an effort to set aside time in your day that is just for you. You make the time for so many things in your day, start making time for you too. Even if this means saying "no" once in awhile when your time is asked for.
take good care of you and make the time to find your smile again...it's a feel good thing!
