Have you been feeling stressed lately?
It's a human thing and not a comfortable thing either...but when you're feeling stress...what do you do?
There are things we can do to help ourselves through the stressful periods in our life. Some will work better than others and some may not work at all. The trick is finding what works for you.
Now I would strongly suggest that you find more than one thing to de-stress yourself. What may work one day may not work the next...and you may even find that the calming effect of one skill starts to lose its effect on you. That's okay! and totally normal...
but when it happens, we need to keep seeking what will help us through the stressful periods.
Life is stressful but it's also a beautiful thing. I hope you'll find the time to learn what helps you and practice your skills when you need it most. We can't avoid stress in our lives, but we can learn how to manage it for ourselves.
