I ask these questions every Friday and I ask to get you thinking about what you need in your life to feel good about being you. I ask to get you thinking about what you need to soothe yourself after a long week. I ask because we need to do this to help ourselves heal.
Our pain may be a part of who we are now and it's a part of our lives we can't avoid...BUT...we can learn to live with it and we can learn to manage it too.
Focus on your needs and take good care of yourself. You don't have to wait till the weekend to do this either. Take care of your needs as you need them. DON'T WAIT!
