10,000 Friends...a note from me

I woke up to a big surprise yesterday...
the Facebook page hit the 10,000 friends milestone and I'm amazed at how quickly the page has been growing lately.

When I told my daughter, she said we have to celebrate. It may seem like a small thing to some, but to me? this is huge! It means the effort I make every day does make a difference. 

I'll be honest with you, there are days when I wonder if what I do here and on the Fb is worth the effort and the cost, but then I read your messages and comments left and I know. Thank you for that!

Life truly is a journey and I'm thankful for your company. I hope that by sharing this site with you, that you are learning to live beyond your pain, to soothe and care for yourself and your needs. That you know you're not alone. We can't change that we hurt now, but we can change what we do about it moving forward. 

Thank you for sharing your time with me, for reading what I write and share...thank you for being here! I'd like to think that together...we're stronger.
