The message is an important one. Give it some thought.... Often a different perspective can put everything into perspective. Here are the top 10 signs that pain has control in your life...they are in no particular order
If you notice that some of the signs reflect your life please be gentle with you ok? Recognizing the signs is the first step to being able to change them. You know your life better than anyone else and if you can see the signs in your life that pain has control, there are things you can do to change that. take good care of you Today we believe God wants you to know that transformation is possible at any time. A person can transform, a situation can transform, event the planet can transform. Never lose hope. Under the proper conditions of love, faith, and belief, transformation is quite possible. Picture taken in Collingwood, ON Whatever your opinion may be, I can respect the differences may we have on this subject. There is pharmaceutical engineered medicinal marijuana available in capsule form as described in the diagram. It is far from the natural herb that can be found growing in many fields unattended. Medicinal marijuana in its simple dried form is a natural herb that has many medicinal properties. It is one best left alone and not played with and changed by pharmaceutical companies so they can make a profit. When it comes to labelling a treatment "legal" or "illegal", big businesses and their profits shouldn't be given consideration in the equation. In my opinion, pharmaceutical companies have created enough of a mess in our society with their "quick fix it" pill solutions. People are living with side-effects that are causing even more problems within their lives. Addiction problems and withdrawals are epidemic because of some pharmaceuticals. It's time for some natural remedies and it's time to allow people to choose more alternative forms of treatment than pharmaceutical concoctions. Just my opinion. Here are some of the little steps that I took to changing my eating habits. Please remember that these changes were incorporated into my life and diet slowly. I had tried many weight loss programs and fad diets over my life and was never really successful with them. By incorporating these changes into my life slowly I was able to adjust my thoughts and my behaviour towards food. Now 7 years later...I can say I did it and I did it without surgery or a weight loss program.
I offer these steps as a guide if you are interested in changing your eating habits. Please also remember that I am not a dietitian or a doctor and what I am offering you is my opinion and only for your information and consideration. If you are interested in learning more about losing weight in a healthy manner, please talk with your doctor. Little steps lead to big changes....
Happiness is not determined by what’s happening around you, but rather what’s happening inside you. ~~Unknown~~ Picture taken in Collingwood, ON I posted the information regarding carbs and fat intake for a reason. Actually I have several but I won't get into them all now. I share this information because making life-style changes can be very hard. When you are used to eating a certain way and then have to change that when you don't really want to, it can make it harder to be successful. I know because I love food! I love my chocolate and I loved everything that was sweet, salty, and just bad for me.
I loved food so much I loved it till I weighed 250 pounds. I'm just over 5 feet tall. Yes I am short and at that weight it was almost as easy to go over me as it was to go around me. I was almost as wide as I was tall. I'm sure you're picturing it now and I can understand the chuckle. I grew up hearing the nick names "two tonne Tessie" "fatty fatty two by four can't get through the kitchen door" and many other hurtful things in my life. From my childhood into my adult life I have battled my weight. I had a love affair with food! A very unhealthy relationship. It was my comforter when I was sad or upset. Even my anger was soothed by food. Everything I had trouble handling was dealt with by food. I would steal food from the cupboards hiding the wrappers so I wouldn't get into trouble for eating. I was put into Weight Watchers at the age of 15 and managed to lose 50 pounds but gained it again within a few months. I gained a whole lot more too. Life-style changes like our diets and eating habits can be difficult. One of the best things I've found about this information is that it allows you to take control over what you are eating. You are given many different choices that are real food, that you will prepare yourself and can even grow in your own garden if you're that talented. When you choose to begin making different food choices you may find the following information helpful to aid in counting your carbs.

Is lowering your fat intake something you are interested in? If you are saying yes, do you know how to lower your fat intake? Many of us have been told and/or asked by our doctors or other health care professionals that we need to watch our fat intake. As you get older, you may also find that your doctor will also be checking on your cholesterol levels.
I recently met with a diabetes treatment team and received some information about lowering fat intake that I would like to pass along.
