Today is treatment day for me and I'm running late. I can have all the great plans to manage my time so I can get all my stuff done before hand, but throw in one unexpected phone call and it all goes to pot. So now I'm running late and what I wanted to share with you isn't coming to my head now because I'm thinking too much of being late. Don't you just hate that? ;)
So I'm going to say good day to you and I'll try again tomorrow. Have a great Wednesday and I hope you do one thing today to make yourself feel good...something to put a smile on your silly lil heart...something just for you. It's a feel good thing. bye for now Tammy When we fill our minds with beautiful thoughts our world becomes a beautiful place. ~~Unknown~~ Picture taken in Collingwood, ON When I tell people I've learned to accept my pain...they look at me like I've lost my mind. They can't help but question me. When I tell people I wouldn't be where I am now without having my pain and that I can appreciate all the things it has taught me...you got it! they question me again. Have you lost your ever lovin' mind? Yes I have and I'm okay with it. My pain no longer has control over me, my life, nor how I live it. Yes I still feel pain daily and yes my activities have been changed, and some even cancelled because of my pain...but...I am in control...not my pain. I have reached a level of acceptance that I fought long and hard for and my life has improved because of it. Let go of the anger...let go of the fear...and accept all that you are...even your pain too. It doesn't have to limit or our lives unless we let it...live for you and not your pain...learn from it and grow. take good care of you okay? When you don't flow freely with life in the present moment, it usually means that you're holding on to a past moment. It can be regret, sadness, hurt, fear, guilt, blame, anger, resentment, or sometimes even a desire for revenge. Each one of these states comes from a space of unforgiveness, a refusal to let go and come into the present moment. Only in the present moment can you create your future. ~~Louise Hay~~ Picture taken in Collingwood, ON Do you ever look at your medications with hesitation? Do you ever feel worse for having taken them? Ever felt a loss of control or not being present in your life? What about the other side effects you experience? Medications are a personal choice...but if you feel spun right round from taking them...are they helping you? If your medications come with more side-effects than benefits...are they helping you? Some say they can't live without their medications yet can't live with the side-effects either. It's a hard choice for some to make...but...it is your choice. Your doctor will only prescribe medications he/she feels the benefits out weight the risks...but the choice is yours. You are the one living with the side-effects...it's your life that is impacted by the medications...it's your choice. But...pharmaceutical medications are not the only choice. Have you explored the various alternative ways you can manage your pain outside of a pill bottle? If you haven't...give thought to what else you could you try to help manage your pain...have you explored all the options available to address and soothe your needs? Again...the choice is yours...but just know that there are more options than a pill bottle okay? If you're feeling spun right round from your medications too...is it time for a different choice? take good care of you okay? Before we get to the medication I need to remind you...
For this installment, I have chosen LURASIDONE HCL COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Latuda Uses: This medication is used to treat certain mental/mood disorders (such as schizophrenia, depression associated with bipolar disorder). Lurasidone helps you to think more clearly, feel less nervous, and take part in everyday life. It may also help to decrease hallucinations (hearing/seeing things that are not there). In addition, this medication may improve your mood, sleep, appetite, and energy level. Lurasidone is a psychiatric medication that belongs to the class of drugs called atypical antipsychotics. It works by helping to restore the balance of certain natural substances in the brain. **Please read this information carefully** If you have any questions about what is provided here....talk with your doctor or pharmacist please. |
