
The first few days after the holidays seems to go by in a blur doesn't it? Days when you're not even sure what day it is...days when your body just says no. If it's been like this for you too, I hope you take the time you need and do the things that help you through.
If you have plans for tomorrow...give some thought to what you can do for you before you go out, what can you bring along with you to help you through the night and what can you do for you on Sunday when you're hurting from your activities?
