When your thoughts have you hiding...what do you do for you?
When life leaves you feeling like you need a "Shiturday" too...what do you do for you?
It's okay to take a day when you need it and you can call it whatever you'd like...just take the time to soothe your body
and take good care of you.
What makes you smile silly? What makes you feel good? What allows you to live beyond your pain even if for only a little while...what helps you cope? It's these things we need more of in our lives and it's something we can do for us...we just have to choose us...we have to believe we're worth the effort and we can't pack ourselves on a guilt trip either...nor allow anyone else to. We need this to heal and it's okay!
