Whether we feel it coming or we get hit unaware...there are things we can do for us to see us through the slide...through the days when we just need to stop and to take a break...there are things we can do to see us through it. Give some thought to your coping skills...what soothes and calms you physically...mentally and emotionally too? what makes you smile? who do you have in your life you can turn to and trust to help you? what words do you use when to talk to yourself when you're feeling like this? just a few things to think about. What can you do for you?
Now that we're living a hurting life...we will experience the spiral...please...learn what helps you and use it to support yourself instead of beating yourself up for feeling this way.
Take good care of you and do it without leaving scars behind...the kind you can see and the kind you can't...be gentle with you.
