One comment that keeps getting repeated on the Facebook page is how tired, worn out and exhausted people are feeling. I know part of that is due to not being able to sleep through the night or struggling to get comfortable, night time waking too...and some of it is caused by our pain or illness and some of it is also caused because we don't have comfortable beds. There are many reasons why you may not be sleeping as well as you would like...do you know why you're not sleeping?
Yes there are over the counter (OTC) medications available that can help with sleep and there are even some prescriptions too...and there are sleep clinics to investigate further and other medical tests that can be done to help determine if there are medical reasons to why you're not sleeping. Point is...we need sleep and if you're not getting enough...what is causing it and what can you do to help you sleep better? I'd like to share an article today that covers 14 causes of fatigue and sleepiness and how to fight them. This information is shared for your entertainment and information only and is not mean to replace the conversation with your doctor...but...please do use it to start one with your doctor. If you're not sleeping as well as you would like...go talk to your doctor. Before we get to the medication I need to remind you...
For this installment, I have chosen Vitamin B-12 GENERIC NAME(S): CYANOCOBALAMIN (VITAMIN B-12) Uses: Cyanocobalamin is a man-made form of vitamin B12 used to prevent and treat low blood levels of this vitamin. Most people get enough vitamin B12 from their diet. Vitamin B12 is important to maintain the health of your metabolism, blood cells, and nerves. Serious vitamin B12 deficiency may result in a low number of red blood cells (anemia), stomach/intestine problems, and permanent nerve damage. **Please read this information carefully** If you have any questions about what is provided here....talk with your doctor or pharmacist please. Don't stop believing. You may be tired and discouraged, but don't give up on your future. Keep taking the steps you need and hold onto hope. ~~Tammy Taylor~~ Picture taken on the pond. Do you believe that what you eat could help or harm your sleep? What if I told it was true...would you change some of your eating habits to improve your sleep? Give it some thought okay?
There is a conversation to be had about what what we can do for us naturally that may improve our nightly sleep. Would you change what you eat to sleep better? We know we need it...and most of us don't get enough of it...are you one of them? Today I'd like to share some information about some foods that can help and/or harm our sleep. If you struggle with your sleep too, take a look at the following article and then speak to your doctor. Please keep in mind that this information is not shared to replace the conversation with your doctor but to start one. take good care of you and I hope you find the sleep you need... Today we believe God wants you to know that you are unique. There has never been anyone exactly like you, nor will there be anyone with your gifts and abilities in the future. Stand up straight, smile and share your uniqueness with the world today. Picture taken by my daughter Emily. Yes...there will be times when we're supported and surrounded by those in our lives but there will be times too when we are on our own...standing on our own two feet. Sometimes you have to stand alone...to know your own strength...to gather your courage...to believe in yourself again...sometimes you have to stand alone. my thoughts go. Deep down inside me they continue to grow, and it's further down I go. I wish I could stop them, have the strength to turn around. But I'm faced with my demons now, and they smile as they greet me. ~~Tammy Taylor~~ |
