Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions. ~~Dalai Lama~~ Picture taken by Tony Bondi Before we get to the medication I need to remind you...
For this installment, I have chosen Dexilant GENERIC NAME(S): DEXLANSOPRAZOLE Uses Dexlansoprazole is used to treat certain stomach and esophagus problems (such as acid reflux). It works by decreasing the amount of acid your stomach makes. It relieves symptoms such as heartburn, difficulty swallowing, and persistent cough. This medication helps heal acid damage to the stomach and esophagus, helps prevent ulcers, and may help prevent cancer of the esophagus. Dexlansoprazole belongs to a class of drugs known as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). OTHER USES: This section contains uses of this drug that are not listed in the approved professional labeling for the drug but that may be prescribed by your health care professional. Use this drug for a condition that is listed in this section only if it has been so prescribed by your health care professional. Dexlansoprazole may also be used to treat stomach ulcers. **Please read this information carefully** If you have any questions about what is provided here....talk with your doctor or pharmacist please. I wouldn't say my "give a damn" is broke but I would say...my batteries are run down and I'm outta order. I'm taking today for me to catch up on all the things I didn't do last week. And I'm going to find some time for me too. I hope you have a great day and please... take good care of you...and your needs to. Today, we believe God wants you to know that sleep and rest are all part of the divine order. Don't make your waking life and responsibilities so important that you neglect the very real benefits of sleep, rest, and dreaming. The night is your time of restoration. It is essential. God made both day and night for a reason. Picture found on-line....original source unknown Every once in awhile I come across something that just shakes me up...that challenges my thoughts and that helps me to grow. This piece is another one. It's quite powerful really and I do think the universe does whisper to us. What were your thoughts when you read this? Have you heard the whisper yet? Is it time to stop screwing around, pretending and performing? Is it time you let go of all the things you do to protect yourself? Are you ready to grow? If you think about it, your armour really is preventing you from growing into your gifts. You armour served it's purpose, it protected you when you were small...BUT it's preventing you from growing. You're still searching...feeling lost...wanting to be worthy and to belong somewhere. But you know what? Time is growing short and there is so much left to be explored in your life. And you can't do that hiding behind your armour. You just can't. You my dear were born worthy of love and I'm sorry you met people in your life that helped you to question that. YOU belong! "Courage and daring are coursing through you" (I love that line). And even though you may not believe me right now..."YOU were made to live with your whole heart." It's time to take the armour off and it's time to live your life for you. Let go of the fear, let go of the hurt and pain...TODAY! is the day you start a new chapter in your life. A chapter that sees you loving, accepting, honouring and caring for the person you are now. You were born worthy and maybe you forgot that...but it's time now to remember and to live your life. take good care of you...please? Tammy picture found on-line original source unknown Hello and HAPPY FRIDAY to you! OH MY! what a week this has been! I'm thankful to say my Mom is home from the hospital and recovering under the careful watch of my Dad and Charlie. Thank you everyone for your thoughts, wishes, hugs and prayers! They did help. How was your week? I haven't been around much and I haven't asked you...but I hope your week was gentle with you. It's FRIDAY!! Are you smiling? What can you do for you to help you smile? Are you feeling good? What can you do for you to help you feel good? Are your needs needing? What can you do for you to help with your needs? What can you do for you? "What can you do for you?"....I ask that question a lot here and even more questions too...but...I do it to get you thinking...thinking about you...thinking about your needs...and challenging you to go do the things you need for you. Learning to take care of, support and to even accept your own needs is a healthy healing goal. We can't change that we hurt...but...we can change what we do for ourselves to help us through all the things that life can bring...even our pain. please take good care of you! I hope your day is gentle with you and you are too...have a great weekend Tammy Now that pain and/or illness is a part of your life...are you still working? Have you had to stop and/or decrease your work load because of your pain/illness? Nosy questions I know and I'm not passing judgement either way...but I am wondering...if you're still working...how are you managing? If you're not working...how are you managing that?
To live with pain is one thing but to manage a job and pain? well...in my opinion that takes a whole other level of strength. But you know what? So does living knowing you aren't able to work anymore. BOTH!! situations, in my opinion, take a lot of strength and courage to keep living every day without giving up and giving in. To have to gather yourself up and get yourself off to work every day when you're hurting...that is power! that is courage! To have only your own four walls to see each day and you still manage to occupy your days keeping yourself as busy as you're able...well that's power too! and it's also courage! Do you believe that? What are your thoughts? |
