The water baby in me needs a little help lately and pictures of the beach soothe me even when I can't be there. I've shared a few times how being near the water can soothe and calm me and how I can bring myself there just by closing my eyes remembering. It's a feel good healing thing for me. When you're struggling and need to refocus your mind...where do you go? What helps you calm your thoughts? I'm feeling off and out of sorts...I do apologize but I'm taking a ME Day. I need a day to focus on my needs and to soothe my mind. It's something I do to help me avoid a flare day or to even recover from my activities or for any other reason I just need a break from life...it's a day just for me and my needs.
It's not selfish - it's a healing thing! I do realize taking a whole day to focus on your needs may not be possible for some...but I'd like to remind you that there is lots of time in a day and if you need it take a few minutes and do something for you...I'm sure you can manage a few minutes for yourself can you not? I think so! It's a choice though and it's yours. If you're needing some time for you...take it..and do what you need for you. The only request I make of you is that your choices don't leave scars behind. Love yourself enough to heal without harming yourself please. take good care of you and I'll see you tomorrow Tammy Have you ever been prescribed a medication but due to reactions you had to stop taking it?
Have you ever been prescribed a medication and for one reason or another your doctor changes things... changes the dosage or even puts you on a different medication? Do you have expired medication in your home? (go look okay? check the expiration date!) even the over-the-counter (OTC) medicines you use have expiration dates. What do you do with the leftovers? You know...the pills left over...what do you or what did you...do with them? Are they still in your medicine cupboard? What do you do with them? Disposing of our unused medicine safely is an important step and we are the ones responsible to do it. Many people will flush them down the toilet and that isn't good. It then introduces our water supply to our medications! YIKES! Some people have even just tossed them out with the trash! Double YIKES! can't do that either. So...what do you do with the leftovers then? Before we get to the medication I need to remind you...
For this installment, I have chosen Nucynta GENERIC NAME(S): TAPENTADOL HCL Uses: Tapentadol is used to help relieve moderate to severe short-term pain (such as pain from an injury or after surgery). It belongs to a class of drugs known as narcotic (opioid) analgesics. It works in the brain to change how your body feels and responds to pain. This medication may also be used to help relieve nerve pain (peripheral neuropathy) in people with diabetes. **Please read this information carefully** If you have any questions about what is provided here....talk with your doctor or pharmacist please. Don't be afraid to go where you've never gone and do what you've never done, because both are necessary to have what you've never had and be who you've never been. ~~Unknown~~ Picture taken in Collingwood, ON |
