Just two of the many pictures we took while at the beach yesterday. For the first of July it was a chilly day and the sun fought hard to come out...but I'm thinking we may have to wait till August for the water to warm up...BBRRR!
Being near water has always been a soothing thing for me and having that day yesterday did me a world of good. I'm hurting for the walking and the car ride too but when I think of the day spent with my daughter and good friends...the smile is worth the pain and seeing one on my daughters face is well worth it too.
I hope you had a good holiday and that you gave yourself a reason to smile for your pain.
