If I were to be honest? I'd say mine could use a little work some days. There are things I'm good at and there are others I'm not so good at. And I can admit too that it can also depend on who I'm with or who is asking.
When you read the meme...what were your thoughts? Are there things you could work on in your life? If so...how can you go about making those changes in your life moving forward?
The more I read this list...you know the one thing I notice? maybe you've noticed it too...but...what I noticed...is that if you start at the top and work your way through each one...the skills you've gained will help you at each step to reach the next one.
Once you can say no without guilt...you'll feel more comfortable asking for what you need and want. You'll be better taking care of yourself because you know your needs matter! (and they do by the way). And once you can do all that...well then you can say yes because you really want to...and not because you feel you have to. You may even notice that you're living life for you based on your values and not the values of those around you. (Can you see where this is all going now?) It's step by step.
Even if you think or feel you have no one to support you...remember this! you will always have YOU! And you are your biggest support in life! So...chase your dreams, take responsibility for your own happiness, and your own life...being true to you...your thoughts...and your feelings too...OWN who you are! and BELIEVE in yourself!
take good care of you eh?
