If your week was "one of those weeks", I hope you'll take some time for you and your needs too and go do the things that make you smile and the things that help you to laugh.
It's a beautiful sunny but very cool day here and it's nice to have the windows open and the curtains blowing in the breeze. As much as I know I'll miss Summer and being at the beach, a part of me is looking forward to the Fall colours.
This is our last long weekend of the Summer and I for one plan on enjoying it for all I can. To help me do that? Well I'm heading to the beach again tomorrow and having a BBQ with friends on Sunday. And to help me do all that? well I'm taking today for me, to do the things I need to help me prepare for my pain so I can be as active as I can be...and one of those things is to rest today, to take it easy and to try and conserve some energy for my weekend ahead. I know if I do a lot today I won't be able tomorrow. A nap comes to mind and yes even some chores too, but I'll be taking my breaks and I'll be thinking about walking in the sand tomorrow. It'll be an early night so I can try and get plenty of rest too.
