How was your week? What did you do this week to help you through...to help you cope with your pain...emotionally, mentally, and physically....what did you do? Did you make the time for you and your needs?
We all have the same amount of hours in our days and we all have expectations and responsibilities too...but...we also have the same expectations and responsibilities to ourselves and to our own needs. Did you make the time for yours?
If you haven't taken the time yet this week to focus on your needs...I challenge you today to make and take some time today or even this weekend, to do what you need for you.
What soothes your pain...emotionally? mentally? physically? What soothes you? What calms your mind? What relaxes your body? What makes you smile and feel good? What makes you laugh and enjoy your life? What can you do for you?
A lot of questions I know but please do give them some thought and I hope you will accept my challenge. We can't avoid our pain...it's a part of our lives now...but...we can take the time to do what we need for us when we're feeling it.
take good care of you and your needs...it's a healthy healing goal and it's one you can give yourself...I hope you will.
