I ask a lot of questions here and I do it for one reason...
to get you thinking about how you're living and how you're managing with your pain. We can't change that we hurt...but we can change what we do about it when we're feeling it.
So...every Friday, I like to remind you to do the things that make you feel good, the things that soothe your pain emotionally, mentally, and physically too...Do the things that make you smile, laugh, and enjoy your life.
We can do this for us and you know what? we deserve it! taking the time for our needs does not make us selfish and it does not make us lazy! it just means we love ourselves enough to do what we need for us! and that's a good thing! it's a healing thing! and we need this from ourselves.
SO! let me ask you again...what will you do for you today...this weekend...and the days to come...to help you through your days? What will you do for you?
