To want to quit? well you're not alone. I think we've all had this thought at one time or another. The trick is though not to give up all the way.
It's okay to give up half way...to quit a little bit and to tell the world where to go and how to get there...to throw yourself a rocking F*&K the World party...these days are normal...and it's okay!
Taking the time you need for you, to breathe, to feel your feelings, to lick your wounds...it's strategic self-care...and it's okay! You need this! It helps to build trust with yourself...it allows you to love yourself...to care for your needs and to know it's okay. It's not giving up! it's strategic self-care.
