The first part of the challenge is to give thought to and list 5 things that you are thankful for in your life. If it includes a person, give them a call and let them know. You might just make someone's day by letting them know how important they are to you.
The second part of the challenge is to give thought to and list 5 things that make you happy in life and to do one thing on your list today.
Life moves fast and we often don't take the time to appreciate all that we have and all that we still can do in our lives. When living with pain it's important to purposely seek out the the moments in our lives that allow us to live beyond the pain. Live in what makes you happy and feel good about being you.
