Our emotions are constantly spiraling up and down...back and forth...and we can get stuck sometimes in the downward. When this happens...take the time to acknowledge where you are and why...remember the moments in life and allow yourself to "feel" your emotions without getting stuck in the spiral and be gentle with yourself as you move through it.
