The water baby inside me needs a little help today. Thoughts of the beach or being at the pond have been my visualization for relaxation for many years now.
Being near water is instantly soothing for me. The sounds, the smells, the feeling of the sun warming my body...make me feel good. And when I really need it...I can just close my eyes and I'm there again.
Where do you go to calm your body and your mind? How do you feel while you're there? How often do you do this for yourself?
Yeah...the water baby needs a smile today and this does help.
