I ask a bunch of questions every Friday just to get you thinking...thinking about you and your needs.
What did you do for you this week to help you through? to soothe and comfort you and your pain...what did you do help you smile? to laugh and enjoy your life? What did you do for you?
Well? what did you do? and if you haven't yet...when will you? We can't change that we hurt...but we can change how we support ourselves through it. How do you support yourself?
And while you are taking good care of you...always remember...you are not lazy for doing so! and you are not selfish either! but you are loving yourself enough to let you heal in the ways you need...you are taking care of yourself so you can care for others...you are!
Finding some time in your days to do the things you need for you is a healthy healing goal and it's something you can work towards. You just have to love yourself enough to do it. (You are worth the effort!!)
