Now I do realize that there are days when it hurts to move...to walk...to breathe...you hurt...I get that...but we also know that without movement, we get stiffer and our range of motion decreases...it's a cycle of de-conditioning that can be very painful and only keeps us down.
Today I'd like to share some information about good and bad exercises for low back pain. Now please keep in mind that I am not suggesting that you bust out your exercise mat and start doing these exercises today okay? It's always best to speak to your doctor to make sure what you're thinking of doing is safe and within your abilities before you start any new exercise regime.
If you live with low back pain too...please give the following some thought and see if any of these exercises can be incorporated into your daily routine. Or maybe they could be something to try when the medications aren't working? Or maybe the exercises could be used instead of the medication? Give it some thought eh?
