Sometimes too...the panic feelings are a good thing... like rushing around to surprise someone at a party and you're in a panic before they arrive. There are moments in our life when our panic is positive.
But there are also moments in our lives when our panic hurts us and limits our abilities. Has that ever happened to you? Has your panic "crippled" you? Has it ever prevented you from leaving your home? What about how your body feels when you experience feelings of panic? What does that feel like for you? Do you always know what causes you to feel panicked?
If you experience feelings of panic...give the questions some thought okay? The more you can understand what causes you to feel panic and the situations too...the more you will be able to gain control over your panic when it comes the next time...and you know it will.
Take a look at the suggestions and give thought to what you can do for you the next time you feel panicked. What helps to calm you? What soothes your body and your mind? Who can you turn to for help? What words do you use and how to do you speak with yourself and with others when you're feeling panicked? What do you do and what can do you differently moving forward?
Feelings of panic are a part of every day life and a part of being human...we can't change the fact that we're human...but we can change how we deal with our feelings of panic. What will do for you the next time it happens to you?
There are things you can do for you...the only question I have now is...will you do it?
take good care of you eh?
