Living life with chronic pain has taught me a lot...and I know I wouldn't have learned it without my pain and the things I went through because of it. It became the end of one life...and the beginning of another...a new journey of sorts.
Self-love and understanding, acceptance and compassion too, hope, strength, courage, endurance, tenacity, and even more...can be found in our pain.
I hope that by sharing this site with you and the Fb page too...you are beginning to see that you are so much more than your pain/illness...that you're not alone, that there is help, hope, and a life to be lived and loved...even when it's a hurting life.
