Personally for me? I agree with it.
Did you notice one interesting thing about what it says? Both sides involve our personal attitudes... nothing more...but our own attitude.
What do you think about that? Do you believe your own attitude and beliefs on your pain could impact how you live with it?
We can't control our pain, but we can control ourselves...our beliefs...our thoughts...we have control. We decide how we will live with our pain or if our pain will live with us...the choice is ours. We can't control our pain, but we can adjust our lifestyle choices...our eating habits and our exercise are just two examples. Learning how to, and caring for our own needs...is a priority we have the choice to make.
We often say how much we've lost because of our pain...and in some ways yes that is true...BUT...there are still many, many ways we didn't change and there are even ways we can learn to adapt and adjust. Life doesn't end because of our pain...life ends when we stop learning how to live it.
Adjust your priorities...make healthy life-style choices...and learn what you're really capable of...YOUR attitude is everything...make it work for you instead of against you...please?
take good care of you eh?
