Can I ask you something?

Here is a question I asked on Facebook this morning and I'd like to ask you here too.

If someone were to ask you the question "Do you live with pain, or does pain live with you? How would you respond? Do you notice the subtle shift in the what the question is asking?

Give it some thought. Do you live with pain or does your pain live with you?

How you will answer the question will depend on who has the control in your life. Are you in control of your pain or is your pain in control of you?
