One thing my Mother taught us as kids was how to stretch a dollar and to plan ahead. Mom also taught us to "stock up" on the things you need when they're on sale. One lesson I still use today is to buy a family pack of meat for example and break it down into smaller meals for myself. I can often get 6-8 meals from a family pack of hamburger meat for example or even of sausages too.
What tricks and tips do you use to make your money go further in the grocery store? Do any of them look like the list here? You may live on a budget but you still need to eat. What can you do in your life to stretch your budget a little further still?

take good care of you and don't forget to eat okay?
