Living a pained and hurting life is no walk in the park...but we can make it easier on ourselves when we take the time to do what we need for us to heal...to recover...to feel good.

What helps you to live beyond your pain even if for only a little while and yes it may even cause you more pain too...but what does this for you in your life?
A lot of questions I know but please do give them some thought and when you're done thinking....go do at least one thing that makes you feel good...something that makes you smile...something that soothes your pain...do it for you! Do it because you deserve it..do it because you need it...just do it!....
