
Even when feeling stressed, or experiencing the pain, we need to find the things in life that make us laugh. Don't you feel better after having a good laugh? Have you ever laughed so hard you cried? Do you have those friends that can make you laugh so hard your belly hurts and you beg them to stop so you can breathe and before you pee your pants?
Even when times are tough, take some time and remember a moment in your life when you laughed so hard you cried. I bet you'll feel better. And I bet that you'll have another laugh at the memory.
