When we are feeling negative we can be our own bully with the words we use to talk with our-self. Have you noticed this about yourself too?

Be gentle with the words you use to talk with you... words hurt and leave bruises we cannot see but last a long time ...even the words we say to ourselves.
take good care of you and please be gentle...the world around us can be cruel...we need to be our own safety zone from the cruelty, not to be our own bully.
