Intro to My Thought Therapy 101
As we can be our own worst enemy, we can also be our own best-friend. It is so very important for us to take care of ourselves emotionally, physically and spiritually. Learning to like, love and accept ourselves is the greatest gift we can give to not only ourselves but to our families. As you can forgive your child or loved one for making a mistake, you can also forgive yourself. Take the time to learn what calms you, what makes you smile and feel all good inside. It's those things we want to carry with us as we go through life.
