Our pain is not only physical but emotional too. Feelings like anger, bitterness and sometimes hatred for what we've lost or what we have gone through in our lives, can be like a prison if we hold on to them. Holding on to those feelings allows the pain to control our lives and prevents us from living to our fullest abilities. Let go of the negativity that controls your world and step out of your prison.
